Care coordination for one older person and their trusted network
For older adults, adult children, relatives, Rukshaks (trusted helpers), and responders coordinating routines, medicines, appointments, health context, and urgent follow-through.
Start with the support you need: family care coordination in the app, discussions about institutional pilots, or practical care-product guidance. Wider partner and product integrations are part of our vision, not services available today.
Each Ruxum path has its own audience, purpose, product experience, and next action.
For older adults, adult children, relatives, Rukshaks (trusted helpers), and responders coordinating routines, medicines, appointments, health context, and urgent follow-through.
A hospital, insurer, nurse, transport provider or pharmacy may each play a different part in a family’s care arrangements. Our institutional vision is to help connect those handoffs with clear permission, ownership and follow-through. These organizations are not currently connected through Ruxum integrations.
For families and helpers seeking curated medication organizers, emergency-call hardware, mobility supports, and daily-living aids. This is a guidance and request path, not a checkout store.
Ruxum’s vision is to keep support centered on the person as needs move between home, care providers, funders, responders, and everyday products.
Routines, preferences, needs, health context, and the trusted support network stay organized around the person—not around a provider, product, or transaction.
Today, a family can coordinate its own members, Rukshaks and responders. Bringing external care organizations into permissioned workflows is a future direction, subject to agreements and confirmed capabilities.
When support moves from one person or organization to another, the relevant need, owner, status, and next action should move with it.
Completed care, delivered services, and useful products feed back into what the family and approved care network know to do next.
Ruxum Families helps the Senior and trusted people make routines, changes, responsibilities, and unresolved needs visible.
Explore an institutional pilot with the Ruxum team. Wider provider connections are planned; the website does not offer insurer authorization, ambulance booking or a directory of connected care services.
Ruxum Care Products connects practical goods to a real need and, over time, can help families keep those products visible within the wider care picture.
Available today: family care coordination in the app, care-product guidance and Community Dashboard pilot discussions. Direct provider integrations, marketplace referrals and connected-product records are planned, not currently available.
Ruxum brings together three paths: Families coordinating an older person's everyday support, Institutions exploring care and service partnerships, and Care Products for practical product guidance. Start with the path that matches the person or organization you support.
The Android app supports family care coordination, including routines, medicine records and reminders, appointments, a Health Packet, and trusted-helper follow-through. Institutional access is arranged through pilot discussions; partner connections and app-connected care products are developing in stages, not generally available services.
Visit Ruxum on Google Play to check Android compatibility and availability. The link is visible on every website page, including when you browse from an iPhone or computer; the app itself requires a compatible Android device.
Explore institutional partnerships or care-product selection, then contact the Ruxum team with your service, location and proposed role. Access, compatibility and any service relationship must be confirmed with Ruxum; appearing in a category does not mean a provider is already connected.
We will point you to Families, Institutions, Care Products, or the appropriate support path.
