Ruxum is an Android care-coordination app published by iMicroMed Inc. It helps a Senior, family members, Rukshaks (helpers), and responders keep routines, medicine support, appointments, health context, and urgent-response ownership in one shared care network.
Who publishes Ruxum
Ruxum is a product of iMicroMed Inc. The public website, Android app, support channel, and privacy materials use the Ruxum name. For help with the app, account, website, or a policy question, contact support@ruxum.in.
What Ruxum is designed to do
The product focuses on coordination: making the next useful action, its owner, and its outcome easier for a family care network to see.
Keep context together
Maintain family-supplied medicine, allergy, condition, doctor, hospital, insurance, and report notes for care coordination and handoffs.
Make ownership visible
Coordinate family members, helpers, and responders around work, exceptions, urgent requests, ETA, arrival, and updates.
Ruxum is software for care coordination and information organization. It does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, dispense medicines, or replace advice from a qualified clinician.
Important limits
Not emergency services
Ruxum can help a family organize a response, but it does not dispatch an ambulance, provide a staffed monitoring service, or guarantee that a helper or responder is available. For an immediate threat to life or safety, call 112 or the appropriate local emergency service.
Not medical advice
Care plans, medication reminders, OCR suggestions, health context, and recorded outcomes are organizational aids. They are not diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or independent proof that a medicine was taken.
Not continuous surveillance
Optional location, phone activity, Bluetooth presence, and Health Connect signals depend on consent, permissions, device settings, network access, and available data. They do not prove wellbeing, identity, attendance, or a current condition.
How to read Ruxum information
Product pages describe the current public Android experience and identify their limits where a feature could be mistaken for clinical, emergency, or continuous-monitoring support. Screenshots use fictional demonstration data. Product behavior can change as the app is updated; the current app and its in-app notices are the most relevant source for a feature available to a user.
