Senior care coordination for Indian families

Know how your parent’s day is going—and what needs attention.

Ruxum brings routines, medicines, family members, Rukshaks (helpers), appointments, health context, and urgent response into one shared care network. It helps everyone see what should happen, what did happen, and who owns the next action.

The family operating system

Built for ordinary care and urgent moments.

Ruxum earns trust in the daily routine, so the same people and context are ready when something goes wrong.

Start with a real care plan

Use guided starter plans for living alone, medication-heavy care, post-hospital recovery, dementia or wandering risk, or daily Rukshak support.

Coordinate people by role

Invite a Senior, Family Admin, Rukshak, responder, or family member. Keep treating-doctor and preferred-chemist contacts close to the care record.

Turn routines into accountable work

Schedule check-ins, visits, medicine support, meals, walks, and other routines. Missed or delayed work becomes visible instead of disappearing into chat.

Prepare for a hospital handoff

Keep medicines, allergies, conditions, doctor, hospital, insurance, identity-document notes, and recent reports ready in a Health Packet.

Coordinate appointments and services

Track doctor visits, diagnostics, pharmacy, home care, transport, outcomes, report notes, and the next follow-up—even when booking happens elsewhere.

Use optional signals carefully

With consent, Health Connect, phone activity, bounded home/away status, and paired-phone presence can reduce uncertainty without turning Ruxum into continuous surveillance.

Ruxum Care today view with due tasks, medication status, health context, and an eight-day care streak

One calm answer for today

Care today combines the day’s tasks, exceptions, medicine state, Health Connect context, ownership, and a gentle care streak.

Less medication data entry

Start from a prescription, medication package, photo, pasted text, or manual entry. OCR suggestions must be confirmed before saving.

Health context ready to hand off

Create a time-bounded emergency summary with medicines, allergies, conditions, doctor, hospital, insurance, and report notes. Aadhaar and PAN patterns are redacted by default.

Ruxum Senior home screen showing medicine due, next check-in, designated helper, and Get Help Now

A simpler Senior experience

The Senior sees what matters now: medicines, the next check-in, who help goes to, a clear urgent-help action, and direct access to 112.

The closed care loop

Plan. Confirm. Notice. Respond.

1

Plan

Set roles, routines, medicines, contacts, permissions, and first-week priorities.

2

Confirm

Record taken medicine, completed visits, calls, arrivals, outcomes, and notes.

3

Notice

Bring missed work, low stock, open exceptions, health concerns, and incomplete setup forward.

4

Respond

Assign ownership, show ETA and arrival, escalate when needed, and preserve the timeline.

Urgent help

From “something is wrong” to a visible response.

A Senior can request help from a focused home screen. Family and responders can then see the incident state, who owns it, the next action, ETA, arrival, and audit timeline.

  • Clear Get Help Now action plus direct access to emergency services.
  • Responder claim, ETA, arrival, resolution, and escalation states.
  • Shared context without relying on a family phone tree.

Ruxum coordinates the care network; it does not replace emergency services or medical advice.

Response stays accountable

The responder’s view is action-focused, and the family can follow what happened next.

Made for Indian households

Different roles, languages, and levels of participation.

Families do not all work the same way. Ruxum supports full app roles, invite codes, SMS and WhatsApp sharing, and secure Rukshak links for people who need a lighter way to participate.

  • Choose English, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, or Malayalam.
  • Role-aware home-screen widgets show the next useful care signal at a glance.
  • Quiet hours reduce routine noise while keeping urgent support visible.
  • Care Points and streaks encourage a daily family check-in habit; they are not cash or medical advice.

The family app comes first.

Ruxum’s mobile care-coordination experience is the main product. The Community Dashboard for operators and the care-products catalog remain separate, supporting paths.

For institutions

Community-level operations

A separate web dashboard path for communities, hospitals, and operators who need oversight across many seniors and incidents.

Care products

Helpful goods, kept secondary

A curated request surface for medication organizers, emergency hardware, mobility aids, and daily-living supports—not an in-app store.
