Ruxum Dot is purpose-driven product for your home that enables elders to reach for help with different levels of criticality using the Wifi they already have in their house.
R-Dot has 4 buttons:
- Red to call an ambulance service
- Yellow 1 and Yellow 2 to call a predesignated Ruxshak
- Green to indicate that there is no emergency and the senior is OK
The yellow buttons are set up – as expected – with the existing Ruxum app. Ruxum gives elders full freedom in setting up Ruxshaks to their needs. A Ruxshak could be a caregiver, a neighbour, a security guard, a clinic, a physician i.e. absolutely anyone that can attend to the elder.
To use the red button, the elder should have a prior account with an ambulance service. Then, all you have to do is to add the phone number of the service to the ambulance setting in the Ruxum app. Alternatively, the red button may also be used to inform someone only when there is a critical emergency. Your choice.
