This policy applies to Ruxum public website content published by iMicroMed Inc. It explains how we describe the product, identify evidence and limitations, and correct material errors. Last updated: September 23, 2026.
What this policy covers
Ruxum’s public pages explain product capabilities, intended care-coordination use, privacy choices, support paths, and account controls. They are product information, not individualized health or legal advice. The Privacy Policy governs data-handling information; this page governs how public product information is maintained.
Our sources and evidence
User-supplied care information
Medicine, appointment, contact, and Health Packet information is entered or confirmed by people using the app. Ruxum does not independently verify that information or treat it as clinical evidence.
External guidance
When a public page needs an external source, we should link to the original authoritative publisher rather than present it as Ruxum’s own clinical guidance.
Review standards
- Pages should accurately describe the available product behavior and avoid promises a feature cannot support.
- Pages should distinguish organization and coordination from diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, clinical advice, or emergency dispatch.
- Pages about optional data features should state that consent, permissions, device settings, network availability, and data freshness can affect a signal.
- Pages should use plain language and identify meaningful limits close to the related feature.
- Product updates that materially change a public claim, a privacy choice, or a support path should prompt a page review and updated date.
Care, medical, and emergency boundaries
Ruxum is designed for care coordination and information organization. It does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, dispense medication, replace a qualified clinician, dispatch emergency services, or guarantee a response from a family member, helper, or responder. For an immediate threat to life or safety, call 112 or the appropriate local emergency service.
A record, reminder, notification, OCR suggestion, location signal, activity signal, or Bluetooth signal is context for a care network. It is not independent proof of wellbeing, identity, attendance, medication adherence, or a medical condition.
Updates and corrections
We aim to review public product content when a relevant feature, policy, or support path changes. If you find information that appears inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, email support@ruxum.in with the page URL and a short description. Material corrections will be made to the relevant page when confirmed.
